Hello Friends!  I hope you have been enjoying the rare rain the past couple of days in the area…  I know I have.  Folks, I am so pumped about our new sermon series titled, “Essential Doctrines of the Faith.” Our previous series was more “pastoral” in nature taking up Christian themes like the spiritual roots of Faith, Gratitude, Love & Endurance. But in this new series, we will be taking a rigorous look at those deeper doctrines of our faith. And the truth is, if you want to know God, you SHOULD want to know His Word, and WHY you believe what you profess to believe!  Prepare yourselves to THINK and dig deep! 

We begin this week with the often-misunderstood doctrine of the Trinity.  We will be looking at questions such as, “What exactly IS the Trinity?”, “Is it mentioned in the Old and New Testaments?” “If the word ‘Trinity’ is not mentioned in the Bible, how was the concept historically developed?”  “Why is learning about the Trinity important in our everyday life anyway?” We will answer these questions and much more.
