Revelation: God Speaks

Revelation: God Speaks

Happy weekend, Connect Folks!

Here is a question for you, if you are old enough… Do you remember back in mid to late 1990’s when you first heard that shrill sound of a dial-up internet connection? It was somehow mysterious yet exciting; you were able to send instant messages around the world through something called “email.”  Furthermore, you could perform all kinds of information acquisition; from news to sport to entertainment!  This new kind of communication was absolutely amazing!

Today, some twenty-five years later, we live in a world that is in many ways driven by this obsession with communication. From cell phones to e-mails to blogs to websites to, podcasts,– there are innumerable ways that people communicate and are communicated to. And the THIRST for that kind of communication and relationship comes out of the fact that we are made in the image and likeness of God. As we learned last week, God is Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Though they are one God, they are also three Persons and they speak to one another. As a result of us being made in the image and likeness of God, WE TOO HEAR FROM GOD who speaks to us.

Join us Sunday for a second sermon in our “ESSENTAL DOCTRINES OF THE FAITH SERIES” titled REVELATION: GOD SPEAKS.  You can join us at 11 AM (PST) Sunday February, 7th right here: https://youtu.be/t74tYPj7r4s

Blessings in the REVEALED GOD!

Pastor Eric

Have you ever wished that you could hear God better?

So often, we pray for guidance and counsel from God and listen intently for his answer. Just as often, we hear an answer and wonder: Did we hear Him correctly? Are we understanding Him accurately? Is it really Him speaking to me?

In his all-knowing and ever-present nature, God has already given us the answers we’re looking for.  We know it’s from Him, and we know we can always trust it.

Watch the sermon, Revelation: God Speaks, from the Essential Doctrines of the Faith sermon series to learn more about how God speaks to his children.
