In Part 7 of the sermon series Essential Doctrines of the Faith, we look at The Incarnation; how it was foretold, how it happened, and what it means.<\/p>

The doctrine of incarnation explains God becoming flesh, coming to us as a human in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.<\/p>

Greetings, Friends!<\/p>

A random question for you this morning, are you a \u201cmeat-eater\u201d?\u00a0 Or are you a vegetarian or \u201cvegan\u201d? I don\u2019t mean eating meat as a source of protein in a balanced diet kind of meat eater.\u00a0 I mean are you a committed, passionate, feel-it-in-your-soul, real MEAT<\/u> EATER<\/u>? To be totally honest, I really enjoy all kinds of meats: steak, barbecues on the grill, sausages, stir-fry, beef, chicken, pork\u00a0 . . . AND , of course, BACON\u2026 the king of all meats!<\/p>

This Sunday at Connect<\/em>, we will be discussing meat<\/u><\/em> . . . well actually \u201ccarne\u201d as in Carne Asada, Chili con Carne, Carne Guisada.\u00a0 And specifically in our \u201cEssential Doctrines of the Faith Series\u201d<\/em>, we will be looking at the Doctrine of the \u201cINCARN<\/u><\/em>ATION\u201d That God came \u201cin flesh\u201d to show us God and die on the cross for our sin.
