You think to yourself, \u201cwhere did THAT come from?.&nbsp; That\u2019s not who I am!\u201d&nbsp; The truth is it is exactly the people we care about the most that we hurt with our words the most. But the paradox is this, sometimes it is ONLY through loving but TRUTHFUL communication that a new level in any relationship is attained.
